Search Setup

To get started with Market Insight you need to setup search topics. A search topic can contain one or more keywords. Based on the keyword used in your search topic Microsoft Market Insight allows you to get public posts from seven different sources i.e. Blogs, Disqus, Forums, News, Reddit, Twitter and YouTube. It also allows you to search posts in 29 different languages.

To create a search topic in Microsoft Market Insights, navigate to Search setup and click on Add Search Topic button. Once relevant search topics for your organization are configured in Market Insight you can take advantage of AI to create Social Activity or Case or Lead in Dynamics 365 from posts which matters to you most.

Analytics

Analytics allows you to get the overview of what your target audience are saying about you. Sentiments in Analytics allows you to get insight into how people feel about your brand and find out who your brand advocates are.

From the Analytics area you will be able to see all posts related to your search topics. You also have location insight in Analytics area which gives you insight of post locations around the world in Bing Map

Social Center

Social center allows you to see all posts related to your search topics setup and to publish post on your social profiles connected to Microsoft Market Insight. From social center you can assign any post to one of the user in Dynamics 365 or create a Lead or Case in Dynamics 365. (You can create record for any entity in Dynamics 365 using Market Insight after configuration)

Alerts

Alerts in Microsoft Market Insight allows you to never miss the information from connected social platforms which really matters to you. By enabling and configuring alerts in Market Insight you can receive alerts via email for configured search topics.
